During his tenure at multinational companies including Lockheed Martin and Thales, Frank was responsible for hundreds of millions in yearly revenues and managing hundreds of employees. He has 30+ years of in-depth knowledge of complex systems integration, engineering, cybersecurity, information systems and technology. A growth-oriented entrepreneur working with the private equity firm Main Street Capital where he oversaw the growth and sale of two companies.
Greg Page, a former US Army
Captain with a background in engineering and computer science, has over 20 years of experience at Motorola, where as a senior executive, he led several global business groups responsible for designing hundreds of different models of mobile phones that
shipped over 150 million devices, generating billions of dollars in revenue for Motorola.
Mr. Joseph A. Fuentes is a CPA licensed in Puerto Rico and Virginia and a member of the AICPA, the Virginia Society of CPAs, and Puerto Rico Society of CPAs. He is the founder and CEO of Fuentes-Fernández & Co (FFC), PSC. Previously, Mr. Fuentes was a Sr. Auditor of an multinational firm, engaged principally with healthcare institutions and manufacturing and construction companies.

Leena has also worked in the international development sector, where she negotiated partnerships and collaborations with ministries and businesses in different countries and cultural settings, while setting up a number of offices overseas and overseeing their operations.
Henry Garcia has over 30
years of experience in leading functionally and geographically diverse engineering and product development teams to launch hundreds of different mobile phone models as well as other consumer electronics products. A strong communicator and natural leader, he has served in numerous executive roles including CEO and President.
Rick worked for twenty years at Sprint as a senior executive in charge of Private Label Wireless Solutions to Sprint's international based partners, working extensively with Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) around the world.

CAPT. John Shapiro, (US Navy, Ret.) served in Afghanistan and Iraq with the Marine Expeditionary Force and as Staff Officer to US 10th Fleet Cyber Command in Ft. Meade, MD and VADM Rogers (Commander). In his 30 years of legal experience in the private sector, he has represented large, international, multi-national corporations, business entities and groups in complex business transactions.

Retired in mid 2016 from the staff of the Secretary of Defense as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4) and Information Infrastructure Capabilities (DCIO for C4IIC). His staff assignments include air campaign analyst for the Air Force Studies and Analysis Agency, member of the Chief of Staff of the Air Force's Operations Group (CX), Headquarters U.S. Air Force and division chief for the Joint Chiefs of Staff regarding European security issues.
